Sunil Murthy, President
Sunil brings over two decades of experience within Software Product Engineering, Consulting Services, and IT organizations based in the US and India. He has set up and managed global teams of engineers and specialist consultants, and is exposed to multiple industry verticals including Financial Services, Retail & Business eCommerce, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing, on emerging technology platforms.
At i-flex solutions (now Oracle), he built their PeopleSoft and Oracle EBS Consulting Practice to service large financial institutions world-wide. At PeopleSoft (now Oracle), he helped a partner company create an India Services Center in Bangalore (now Oracle IDC). He has lead Product Engineering teams at PeopleSoft - Human Capital Management, and at BroadVision - Commerce Portal and 3rd Party Integrations. Earlier in his career, he developed an Internet Ad Management product at NetGravity (later acquired by DoubleClick and now Google), an interactive media product at Sybase participating in Video-on-Demand trials at large Telecom providers, and RDBMS middleware on UNIX and Windows NT platforms at Intergraph. He started his career in Machine Design at Bosch (MICO).
Sunil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master’s in Computer & Information Sciences from the University of Florida, Gainesville.

Anand Kulkarni, Project Manager
During his 10 years of service, Anand has been involved in Development, Implementation, Migration and Support of Core Banking Solutions from Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS). This has included Requirement Studies, Module Parameterization, Version Control, Bug Fixing, Testing, Documentation, Release, SQA, PWT, UAT, User Training, Post-live Support and Preparation of Design Specifications, Functional Specifications, UTP, RCA, Impact Analysis, Project Plan, and Effort Estimation for Enhancements. He has worked on a number of FLEXCUBE modules and interfaces spanning MicroBanker CUI and FLEXCUBE D2K and FC Java versions. He has been onsite to several countries within Africa, including Ghana, Kenya, Zambia, Burundi and Ethiopia.
Anand completed his BE in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University. After a Graduate Apprenticeship in Graphite India, he worked at Datacons Private Limited, 3i-Infotech, and later at i-flex solutions (now OFSS), before joining InfoToros Software recently as their first employee.

Shailaja Ram, Vice President - Engineering Services
Shailaja comes with over two decades of experience in software engineering services for product companies and customers in US, Europe, Australia and Asia Pacific She has worked extensively in varied verticals that span across Media and Entertainment(Broadcast and Digital Cinema), Music, Publishing and Hospitality. Her expertise lies in horizontals such as Digital Rights Management, Digital Content Management and Device Management on various platforms and technologies.
At Celstream, she was responsible for delivering broadcast applications such as Video Server applications, News solution, Video routing and Digital Asset Management solution. She led teams that built solutions in D-Cinema and Music domains. At Savantech, she built and led the team that engineered the company's D-Commerce product. She was part of teams that built e-commerce solutions for various Publishing houses and financial institutions. At Fidelio Technologies, she was part of the development team that built their product for the hospitality industry and several specific solutions for five star chains of hotels across the globe. At Processware and Monotype she was responsible for building custom solutions for Oil corporations, Banks and the Print (Newspaper) industry. She brings a rich experience of working with multi-site, multi-culture and co-located teams. Engineering software in compliance to industry process standards such as ISO, CMMi and Agile is the value she brings to the proposition made to the customer.
Shailaja holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University Visveswariah College of Engineering, Bangalore University.
