We provide value-add local/regional presence to emerging Open Source, SaaS, and Independent Software Solution providers to help increase their global product and services revenues.
- Work with the Provider"s Partner/Alliances/Business Development function to perform high-level feasibility assessments
- Co-manage the Product Marketing function by creating Market campaigns and providing Research data

Co-manage the Product Management function to:
- Analyze fit/gap and distil market data into product enhancements
- Recommend Product Engineering strategy (e.g. Inhouse or Outsourced, Right Shore, Right Vendor, etc.). Strategies could vary depending on the features (e.g. application integrations, language localizations, core versus extension development)
- Recommend Product Training strategy to develop & deploy localization training programs, train-the-trainer model, and other KT requirements

Recommend Product Support function to provide post-implementation support
- Focus on Value-added Reselling in the target country
- Recommend Professional Services strategy for Implementation and Production Support
- Work with Partner/Alliances/Business Development function to create a Transition/Exit strategy triggered when provider reaches previously agreed upon “regional/local presence level” (e.g. revenue milestone, market acceptance, in-house presence, etc.)
